Troubleshooting

Empty subscription or all nodes timing out

Use this sequence to separate account, subscription, client and local-network problems.

01

Check the order

Confirm that the payment is complete and the order is active. Pending, expired or rejected orders do not provide a valid subscription.

02

Copy the full URL

Copy the subscription address from the dashboard rather than joining fragments from old screenshots or messages.

03

Update the subscription

Run the client's update action after node changes. One failed endpoint does not mean the entire account is unavailable.

04

Use the correct format

Universal, Clash/Mihomo and JSON addresses are not interchangeable. Match the URL to the client.

05

Compare regions

If one region fails, test another. If every node fails, check local network, DNS, system time and client routing.

06

Restart and clear state

Disable the system proxy, restart the client and switch networks. Router users may need to restart the router or clear old DNS state.

07

Check system time

Large clock differences can break encrypted connections. Enable automatic time synchronization.

08

Contact support safely

Provide the device, client, format, region, error and time. Do not send passwords or the full subscription URL.

Client setup

Continue with a client guide

Clash Verge Rev

Use the Clash/Mihomo address, activate the profile and update it before testing. See the Clash guide for setup details.

v2rayNG

Use the universal subscription URL, update the subscription group and select a current node.

sing-box

Add the JSON address as a remote profile and update it after route changes.

PassWall2

Update nodes, verify DNS and routing modes, then save and apply the configuration.
